Shipping

• We offer standard shipping on all items.
• All your orders will be shipped free of cost. For COD orders, charges of Rs.40/- shall be applicable.
• Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
• While we strive to deliver your product as quickly as possible, the delivery time may range from 3-7 days depending on your location.

Return Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method (credit card/debit card/wallets) used for the purchase. For return of COD orders, you will need to provide your bank account details to process the refund.

We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

The items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached. If you discover that any item(s) are damaged or different from your order, please email us with photos of the concerned item within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return/exchange, please raise a request on our website, citing the reason for the return/exchange.

Once your return is approved, the return shipment shall be collected within 7 days. We will initiate the exchange/refund immediately upon receipt of your returned product and preliminary inspection. Your exchanged product shall reach you within a maximum period of 10 days.
